Enrollment Information and Forms

Enrollment process: A completed form and payment of $125 for the non-refundable enrollment fee must accompany this form for consideration of attendance. This form and payment must be presented in person. All families will meet with the Director or Assistant Director before you will receive a confirmation of your child’s attendance. Due to high demand for our school, turning in an enrollment form is not a guarantee of enrollment. Please note below the number of openings available for each level of attendance. If we are unable to reserve a seat for your child, your enrollment fee will be returned. If you wish to be put on waiting list we will ask for a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on the wait list. No guarantee is offered for wait listed students.

Pre-Kindergarten Full-Day:

All children must be completely self-sufficient with toilet • Ages 4-5 years (must reach age 4 by July 31, 2023). 16 students per class• Two teachers in class • 1:8 ratio teacher to students minimum

7:00 am - 5:30 pm

3 years old & young 4’s Full-Day Class:

Children MUST to be toilet trained, only needing assistance with zippers and buttons (must reach age 3 by July 31, 2023). 16 students per class - Two teachers in class -1:8 ratio teacher to students minimum

7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Two Year Old Full Day Class:

Toilet trained children are not expected (must reach the age of 2 by July 31, 2023) however we do start potty-training with all students at 2 1/2 years of age. All students MUST be toilet trained by age 3 regardless of the class they are in. 12 students per class • Two teachers in class •1:6 ratio or smaller
