Toilet Training Admissions Policy

Children age 2 do not need to be toilet trained upon entry but must be working toward eliminating diapers. Children age 3 must be toilet trained by six weeks after their third birthday.  Our staff will assist in this process, but it also requires parents to take an active role at home.  Toilet trained is defined as the ability to consistently control bladder and bowel functions without the use of diapers or Pull-Ups.  It is understood that occasional accidents may occur.  No child beyond the age of 3½ can be in our facility if they are not toilet trained. Pull-Ups may be used at nap time for children in our full-day program going through potty training.

Enrollment Process

A tour of our facility is required prior to enrolling. A completed form and payment of $150 for the non-refundable enrollment fee must accompany this form for consideration of attendance. This form and payment must be presented in person. All families will meet with the Director or Assistant Director before you will receive a confirmation of your child’s attendance. Due to high demand for our school, turning in an enrollment form is not a guarantee of enrollment. Preschool Prep, Preschool, Pre-K Prep and Pre-K are separate class distinctions and children are admitted to those classes per the ages listed on the Enrollment Form. Please note the number of openings available for each level of attendance. If we are unable to reserve a seat for your child, your enrollment fee will be returned.

Withdrawls

In the event that you need to withdraw your child from our school, please inform us 30 days before your departure. All drops from our program require a 30 day notice, payment is enforced until the 30 days are completed.

Immunizations

We require all students to be up-to-date on their immunizations.

State Assistance

At this time, we do not accept state assistance for payment.
