Half-Day Enrollment Information and Forms

Enrollment process: A completed form and payment of $125 for the non-refundable enrollment fee must accompany this form for consideration of attendance. This form and payment must be presented in person. All families will meet with the Director or Assistant Director before you will receive a confirmation of your child’s attendance. Due to high demand for our school, turning in an enrollment form is not a guarantee of enrollment. Please note below the number of openings available for each level of attendance. If we are unable to reserve a seat for your child, your enrollment fee will be returned. If you wish to be put on waiting list we will ask for a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on the wait list. No guarantee is offered for wait listed students.

Pre-Kindergarten Half-Day:

All children must be potty-trained. Ages 4-5 years (Must be 4 by July 31, 2022) Annual non-refundable enrollment fee $125.00 per student due at sign-up Each class has a max of 16 students and two teachers

PRESCHOOL:
